About C&C Rewinds

C&C Rewinds was established in 1975 by Mr. C.B. Clarke, a qualified armature winder, with a background in repairing light industrial motors and domestic appliances. C&C Rewinds moved in 1978 to premises in the high street in Totton as motor rewind business increased. This enabled the business to employ more staff i.e. apprentices. Due to company expansion in 1987, new premises were required. C&C Rewinds moved to Nursling Industrial Estate for small businesses, along side the M271, which allows easy access for collection and delivery.

C&C Rewinds sought more expertise, and as a result a partnership was formed between Mr C. Clarke and Mr D. Taylor who left another motor rewind company. This partnership was formed in June 1999. C&C Rewinds went from strength to strength with their combined motor rewind knowledge and expertise. On 4th August ‘05, due to ill health, Mr Taylor resigned from the partnership. Mr Clarke continued with C&C Rewinds, and formed a limited company.

Expansion is continuing due to the large C&C Rewinds customer base and the personal service given.
